The R.M.O. was founded on a simple belief:
Every child deserves access to positive role models, healthy opportunities, and a community that believes in their potential.
Founded in Fresno in 2024, The Realest Missionary Outreach combines fitness, mentorship, leadership development, family engagement, and community partnerships to create meaningful opportunities for youth.
Today, The R.M.O. has a permanent home in Fresno, creating a space where youth and families can train, grow, connect, and build stronger futures together.
Our goal isn't simply to develop better athletes.
We're working to develop confident young people, capable leaders, stronger families, and healthier communities.

To promote the strengths and abilities of youth and families by providing community-based services that empower them to face life's challenges with confidence, competence, and dignity.

To create a community where every child has access to mentorship, fitness, leadership opportunities, and positive relationships that empower them to become healthy, confident, and successful adults.

Every day, young people in our community face barriers that no child should have to face.
I founded The R.M.O. because I believe we have a responsibility to stand beside these young people and give them opportunities to discover their strength, confidence, and potential.
Our work is especially focused on creating meaningful opportunities for at-risk and foster youth through mentorship, athletic training, leadership development, and supportive community connections.
Fitness is part of what we do, but our mission goes much deeper.
We're teaching discipline. We're building confidence. We're creating relationships with positive role models. We're helping young people set goals and showing them that their circumstances do not have to determine their future.
I want every young person who walks through our doors to know something: You matter. You have potential. And your future is worth fighting for.
The R.M.O. is about creating a community where young people know someone believes in them and where families have access to people and resources that can help them succeed.
We're just getting started.
